Initial Dose:

Three capsules/day, ideally taken with meals for the first 6 to 8 weeks.
Ongoing Dose: 2 or 3 capsules/day, ideally taken with meals and split between morning and afternoon.

These tablets need to be taken daily. We recommend purchasing them in 3, 6, or 12 packs so that you have enough to last between appointments with your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. You’ll also benefit from a bulk discount!
