What’s Included

Recommended Usage Routine:

Morning:

  1. Heat the hot compress (Eye Doctor Premium Mask) in the microwave for 20-35 seconds until the compress is as hot as you can tolerate.
  2. Apply the hot compress for a minimum of 8 minutes.
  3. Cleanse the lid margins of both eyes with The Eye Doctor Lid Cleanser, gently massaging the lid margins.
  4. Place enough foam to cover a circular cotton pad. 
  5. Swipe the cotton pad in a side-to-side motion across the lid margins of one eye (avoid getting too close to the eye). Close your eye and wipe the cotton pad over your eyebrows, top eyelid, and lashes.
  6. Repeat with the other eye with a fresh cotton pad. 
  7. Reheat the hot compress (Eye Doctor Premium Mask) in the microwave for 15-25 seconds until the compress is as hot as you can tolerate.
  8. Reapply the hot compress for a minimum of 8 minutes.
  9. Wait 1-2 minutes, then instil one drop of Hylo-Forte in each eye.

Midday:

  1. Reapply Hylo-Forte throughout the day as required if your eyes start to feel gritty

Evening:

  1. Repeat the hot compress routine for a minimum of 8 minutes.
  2. Cleanse with The Eye Doctor Lid Cleanser.
  3. Apply HypoChlor Foam to each eye.
  4. Reapply the hot compress for a minimum of 8 minutes.
