Moist Heat Therapy:
- With Thermoeyes Beads:
- Microwave beads in fabric pockets and mesh bag with 1 cup of water for 45 seconds
- Let stand for 1 minute, then insert into the goggle
- With Thermoeyes Instants:
- Activate the self-heating gel pack by clicking the internal disc
- Once warm, place Instants in moistened fabric pockets and insert them into the goggle
- After use, boil for 2-3 minutes to reset for next use
Cold Therapy:
- Insert Beads or Instants into fabric pockets within the goggle
- Place in a sealed bag in the freezer for about 20 minutes
- Apply cooled goggle over closed eyelids for instant relief
