Cold Compress
- Put the compress into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the compress from the freezer when ready to use.
- Apply the compress over your eyes and secure with the strap.
- Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Reapply after 2 hours if swelling persists.
Hot Compress
- Put the compress into the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
- The ideal temperature is when it is as hot as you can bear it without burning.
- Apply the compress over your eyes and secure with the strap for 10 minutes.
